Orbit — personal-use license for the paid early-access release

A purchase permits one person to install and use the purchased Orbit version on Macs they own or control. The purchased version does not expire and requires no online activation. Do not redistribute or resell the app or your Gumroad download link.

The purchase covers the delivered version. Future features, major upgrades, lifetime updates, and compatibility with future macOS releases are not promised. Earlier free beta releases remain available to their existing users on their original basis.

Compatibility and current limitations are described in INSTALL.txt and KNOWN-ISSUES.md. Orbit currently uses private macOS multitouch/display APIs and is not notarized. Third-party image rights remain with their owners; downloading an image grants no additional reuse rights. Included third-party notices retain their own terms.
